Got a Craving for a Friday fish fry on a Saturday? Go to Jumbos, they offer a fish fry every day. The 15 piece bucket is 23.99 comes with rye bread, lots of fry, coleslaw, lemon, and fish of course. Jumbo's custard is some of the best in West Bend very comparable to the custard served by Kopp's. The staff is extremely friendly and personable.

Go for the custard, skip the food. That would be my advice. It's not the worst fast food in the world, but there are certainly better places (although it's debatable whether there are any in West Bend). I make my way to Jumbo's whenever I'm in West Bend to visit my brother. With an ever changing custard menu you're bound to find something amazing if you're there a few days, or you can just go with a standard flavor.

As the name of the restaurant says, the burgers are jumbo sized! You can put whatever you want on it. However, the staff was a bit odd. One in particular. Overall the food was great.

I base a lot of my restaurant reviews on how well a place can make a burger, and naturally, when I visit an establishment for the first time, that's what I order. Like any good custard place- jumbos offers a bevy of toppings for your burger and they don't automatically come with the sandwich - you tell them what you want on it, which makes for a nice custom burger. Presentation wise, this wasn't anything to write home about, but that was just one of the things I loved about it. I had a bacon burger with ketchup, mustard , pickles and fried onions. The burger was delightfully greasy and very tasty, done just right. Even the fries were good, which is not always the case at custard stands, but these were good. I was too full to try the custard but I will definitely be returning to do so.

This place was shockingly good. It was everything I love about Wisconsin - clean, simple and oh so friendly. The fish fry was as tasty as everyone promised and it wasn't even Friday! Their custard was pretty standard, good but nothing to write home about. Its the perfect stop over on your way home from a camping trip.

Ordered a BLT. It was served on a Kaiser roll with next to no mayo at all. Bun was huge so it was more less a bread sandwich. Staff was sluggish and appeared sleepy. Havent returned since and don't plan to.

Good burgers and steak sandwiches; the buns taste fresh. Their shakes are delicious as well. The dining room and restrooms are clean. A good, inexpensive place to take your family for a casual lunch or dinner.

It's over done, I wanted to drink a gallon of water afterward.

I almost didn't go, based on the negative reviews, which have been filtered out. But as I've seen "hatchet jobs" on Yelp, carried out by folks with a personal grudge, I decided to be fair, and try it myself. Very good burger and onion rings. I'd previously picked up a half gallon of their vanilla custard, and found it to be excellent. My only gripe, which is typical of places with bacon on their hamburgers, is they usually go for cheap, low quality bacon. Since my sister in law's family sells bacon that is the greatest in the universe, cheap bacon makes me...........sad.

Great burgers, prices are really good. Meat is not dried out, nice and juicy. Love Jumbos

Average price. Big taste. Drive thru is nice. Food and service were good. Burger was fresh cooked, curly fries were surprising to see on the menu and were hot and fresh. Caramel malt complimented my meal nicely!

My burger and shake were good, but Toucan's (on the other side of town) is much better! I felt like all the customers were cattle and that wasn't cool.
